Return & Exchange Policies

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 60 days from date of purchase.

After 60 days from purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn (free of any stains), unwashed and in the same condition received. Order date can be found on your email or Facebook receipt that was received upon initial purchase.

Domestic customers: Please send an email to to initiate a return or exchange. An email will be sent to the address provided with a link to begin the process.

International customers: Unfortunately, we do not sell to international customers at this time.

Damaged items:
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt with photos attached. If not reported, we will not issue replacements. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Clearance items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned past 45 days from purchase date

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
Please note, refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
